The record label El Manto turns one, and celebrates it at GIRI with the release of Cycli, the new album by D. Jongerius (aka Silent Everything): ten pieces of drone and slow textures on a Berlin cassette label built on patience and craft. The night moves from ambient and experimental DJ sets into a guided listening session of the album, then a live set by Manuel Carbone with electro-acoustic field recordings, and an ambient and experimental b2b to close. A slow night for slow music, with room to take your time.
