On July 25 SUBSTATION arrives at Club AMT for its first CSD edition and first extended Saturday transmission. Titled *CSD STD*, the night unfolds through expanded running time, an extended lineup, performances by Wide Open, and further interventions still waiting to reveal themselves. Pleasure, intimacy, desire, care, queer joy, and the occasional consequences of a very good weekend. As Berlin fills with visitors, reunions, celebrations, and fleeting encounters, SUBSTATION expands into its largest gathering so far. Across the night, driving club momentum meets seductive groove, rave ecstasy, emotional peaks, psychedelic textures, and heavy excursions built for collective release, and rave energy stretching from the 90s into the present. ADHDaddy arrives from Barcelona carrying the playful irreverence of Playgirl, while Mamba’s Annara brings rhythmic intensity and dancefloor sensuality, as MNJM own’s Elayn and DUMP’s Lea Lucifer navigate darker territories through hypnotic tension and bass weight. Elsewhere, Blu:sh contributes a distinctly psychedelic and nocturnal approach informed by latest releases on Kalahari Oyster Cult and Step Ball Chain, and Camilla Rae channels Body Language’s groove-focused approach to connection and movement. While GagReflex and Oldyungmayn represent two singular voices whose productions and sets continue shaping dancefloors in Berlin and beyond. Since its first transmission, SUBSTATION has established itself as a recurring point of encounter within Berlin’s queer underground. What began as an invitation to bring together scenes that rarely share the same room has gradually become a growing community of returning faces, familiar conversations, and new connections. Each edition is shaped as much by the people attending as those performing, creating an atmosphere of warmth, curiosity, and mutual recognition that extends beyond a single night.
