We’ll immerse in meditation practices that are suitable for everyone, regardless of your experience. These gatherings are not just about meditating on your own, but a step inward we take together. Each time we’ll look into a particular topic in the light of timeless wisdom, reflect on it in a guided meditation, do powerful Oneness practices for greater wellbeing, and experience Deeksha - which helps to speed up your inner growth. **This week's topic: Experiencing the presence** Most of our time we are focused on the external: achieving, becoming, sustaining, protecting.
