**Bubbles make the world go round ... and round the world we shall go.....** While we love our cavas, champagnes, Sekten, crémants and spumanti, we easily forget there's an exciting world of sparkling wines out there to be discovered, from **Cap Classique** to **sparkling Shiraz**. Bring a bottle of sparkling wine: ***white or red***(!), ***dry or sweet***(!) from the ***New World*** (ie. wines from outside Europe) to our next event and let's live a Columbus momemt of sparkling wines! The requirements for the wine are simple, \- price range of 15€ plus\)\, \- if white\, rose\, sparkling please bring already chilled\, and **IMPORTANTLY,** keep the wine covered so no-one can see it. At our blind wine tasting events - we share, we taste, we analyse, we discuss, we enjoy and we attempt to identify what’s in the glass.
