Most of what shapes how a woman handles money was never chosen consciously. It was picked up early, from family, from the first time asking for more felt unsafe, from every unspoken rule about what women are allowed to want or ask for. Those beliefs stay active long after the situation that built them is gone. We will look at why talking about money feels harder than almost any other subject, and what is actually happening in the body when it does.
