Baba Yaga is a queer party celebrating artists, music, nightlife and culture from Slavic, Balkan, Caucasus and neighbouring cultures including Central and North Asia. Performance, drag, moving image, and artists from many disciplines are coming together and transforming the dancefloor into a live cultural happening. Baba Yaga creates space for queer artists connected through Slavic languages, neighbouring geographies and shared cultural histories. V. is a LGBTIQ* nonprofit organization based in Germany, which has been advocating for the rights of LGBTIQ* refugees and migrants from Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus since 2011. We support LGBTIQ* refugees and migrants by providing assistance as they navigate their new lives in Germany and by raising awareness of the multiple discrimination they face. Therefore, it is crucial for us to establish and defend queer communities, promote arts and culture, as well as to engage in the field of political education. We are specifically funding „Quarteera’s monthly mental health support group for parents of queer children from different countries“
