Laura Vargas is a Berlin-based Colombian DJ and artist who blends Latin American nostalgia with electronic music. Drawing from her background in visual arts and Berlin's DIY scene, her genre-fluid sets challenge traditional Latinx stereotypes by mixing and distorting folklore, blending it with experimental club music and radical electronic sounds. She hosts Paloma Negra and Danza Ondulante on Refuge Worldwide and has a residency at Stegi radio in Athens.
